    - Accessories can be purchased separately.

    - The functions are: > Direct exchange grill > Hotplate > Braising pan

    - All versions have a temperature range of 220° to 380°C.

    - For thick or particularly fatty meats, it is advisable to use the direct grill set-up at 220°/250°C. This guarantees even cooking without burning.
