Gas cooker with stainless steel frame. Thermosetting plastic knobs. Moulded and balanced stainless steel lid.

Indirect heating by means of high-performance stainless steel tubular burners with steam circulation. Safety ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the pilot burner flame. Ignition by piezoelectric and pilot flame. Cavity pressure controlled by safety valve. Water filling in the cavity with level control via taps on the front of the appliance. Equipped with analogue pressure gauge and safety thermostat.

Cooking tank with AISI 316 bottom to handle particularly acid products, and AISI 304 walls. Thermal insulation guaranteed by thick fibreglass panels. Work surface joined to the cooking tank by continuous welding.

Cooking tank capacity of 55 litres.

Moulded AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with large radius rounded edges for easy cleaning. Stainless steel front cover.

Water supply into the tank via tap (hot/cold water) and swivel spout. Tub drain hole with removable filter. 2" chrome-plated brass front drain cock with insulated handle.

Laser-cut top finish to ensure "head-to-toe" and binding of tops to each other.

Tested with methane or LPG gas according to user requirements.

Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
