Description

Stainless steel frame. Thermosetting plastic knobs. Moulded and balanced stainless steel lid.

Direct heating by high-performance stainless steel tubular burners. Safety ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the pilot burner flame. Ignition via piezoelectric and pilot flame.

Cooking tank with AISI 316 bottom to handle particularly acid products, and AISI 304 walls. Thermal insulation guaranteed by thick fibreglass panels. Work surface joined to the cooking tank by continuous welding.

Cooking tank capacity of 100 litres.

Pressed AISI 304 stainless steel work surface with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Stainless steel front cover.

Water supply into the tank via tap (hot/cold water) and swivel spout. Tub drain hole with removable filter. 2" chrome-plated brass front drain cock with insulated handle.

Laser-cut top finish to ensure a "head-to-toe" matching of tops and binding of tops to each other.

Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
