Professional gas piadina cookers, the characteristics

The piadina cookers are made of stainless steel, a material suitable for contact with food according to current regulations. The upper part includes a smooth steel plate with several heating points, where piadina and ingredients can be cooked.

This model of piadina cooker operates on gas power. The burners under the griddle provide continuous and constant heating while lit, which is useful for those who need to prepare many piadinas in short serving times.

The hotplates are either counter-top, with rubberised feet at the base to secure them safely to a counter or worktop, or integrated into a cabinet, with an open lower compartment for the possible installation of other equipment.

The temperature control knobs allow the cooking heat to be distributed differently between the different cooking points, or to keep one off and one on if, at a given moment, it is not necessary to keep both on.

In addition to cooking the dough, the Cuocipiadina can be used to finish the preparation by adding the ingredients that make up the piadina topping.

How to clean a Professional Gas Frying Pan
