Gyros Kebap cooks excellent Greek gyros and Turkish kebap, cooking the meat to perfection for both traditional dishes of the respective cuisines. Cooking is vertical, gas or electrically operated.

Gyros Kebap is a vertical spit suitable for cooking kebap and gyros meat.
Kebap is a speciality of Arab origin, made from beef, chicken or turkey; Greek gyros is only made from pork, but the preparation process is the same.
The meat is assembled slice by slice on a rotating spit, allowing it to be cooked slowly and evenly. To serve it, the spit is not removed, but the meat is cut vertically from the outside. Thus the cut slices fall directly onto the plate or sandwich, ready to be topped.
Depending on the model, kebap machines differ in the cooking method used:
The kebap gyros contain external knobs, positioned at different heights: this allows only the burners corresponding to the actual height of the kebap on the spit to be lit, thus reducing energy consumption.
The gyros are CE-marked and made of stainless steel, in full compliance with current regulations on the contact of materials with foodstuffs.
Cleaning the Gyros is important to prevent contamination between cooking. At the end of service, even if there is excess meat left on the spit, this should still be removed to allow the machine to be cleaned.
When the machine is switched off and cold, the spit can be cleaned with a common dishwashing detergent. The burners are protected by a net that prevents splashes and food residues from getting inside the cooking system: the net should also be cleaned to allow the correct passage of heat.
