Ristoattrezzature's doner gyros gas kebab cooker is equipment specialised in cooking oriental dishes that is safe, practical and versatile. With just one tool, in fact, you can prepare several dishes: shawarma sandwiches, kebabs and other grilled dishes for a maximum capacity of 25-30 kg.

The vertical spit is perfect for cooking meat, along with spices and flavourings, by rotating on itself. Cooking is done by the heat produced on the sides by burners that give a crispy taste to the outside of the meat.

Design and operation

The doner gyros kebab cooker for gastronomy is characterised by a minimalist design. The compact shape of the appliance makes it versatile and suitable for any available space.

The construction is stainless steel and the external dimensions are 580x630x950 mm. This professional grill is also equipped with 4 gas burners with gas protection device and each burner measures 18x12 cm.

For perfect preparation, the grill spit is adjustable and can be turned to the right and left with automatic rotation. In addition, the doner gyros kebab cooker is equipped with an easy-to-remove stainless steel drip tray.

Itoperates on gas with an output of 15.4 kW. Standard nozzles for natural gas are included in the scope of delivery, and LPG nozzles can be selected as an option. Make sure that the conversion is carried out by an expert.

Cleaning and maintenance
