Removable AISI 304 cold-pressed water holdingtank with drain hole. The water improves the quality of the cooked food and conveys cooking fat to the drain.

AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with removable 1/1 GN Gastronorm pan with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Stainless steel front, side and rear panelling.

Laser-cut top finish to ensure a "head-to-head" coupling of tops and binding of tops to each other.
