Description

One of the most important features of this product is its robustness; in fact, its outer structure is made entirely of 15-tenths thick painted sheet iron. The internal parts are made of Aisi 430 stainless steel, specifically for working at high temperatures; the brazier tray is made of 4 mm thick iron and the charcoal holder grill is made entirely of cast iron. All grills and components that come into direct contact with food are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel.

The grill is insulated with insulating material, so as to prevent the transmission of temperature to the outside and guarantee homogeneous and constant cooking, which is fundamental for all foods, as well as safety for the operator using it.

This product also makes it possible to control the oxygenation of the embers thanks to the ventilation system designed with guided ash trays, which make it possible to modulate the passage of air over the desired part of the embers, guaranteeing the possibility of adjusting the temperature and thus saving on coal consumption.
