Flat Cube Ice Makers are machines for the production of flat ice cubes. The cubes obtained from this type of machine have a flat shape at the base and a thickness of approximately 2 cm, for a cube weight of 7 grams.

Flat ice cubes are an invention of modernity, used for serving cold drinks in take-away mode. They are, for example, widely used in fast-food outlets and restaurants serving carbonated drinks, as they help maintain temperature without taking up the volumetric space of the much larger hollow cubes.

The flat ice cube machine has a 24-hour continuous ice production capability. It can support different production loads depending on the model, ranging from a minimum of 120 kg to a maximum of 780 kg of ice produced in one day.

This type of ice-making machine is equipped with a vertical evaporation system and a dual water and air condensation mode. The operating system is electromechanical, as for all professional ice-makers.

The flat cube ice machines are made of stainless steel, a material that is resistant to both oxidation and moisture. Even at full capacity, the ice-makers last without damage.
