The heated counter display case is a useful accessory for commercial activities with direct sales of food products to be served hot to the customer. Bakeries, sandwich shops, cafeterias, supermarkets and restaurants can use the hot display cabinets to keep ready-made products at an appropriate temperature.

Hot display cabinet features

This counter-top hot display case has a temperature range of +30°C to +90°C. Temperature adjustment is possible via a convenient knob at the rear of the machine.

The structure is made of stainless steel and metal, with four glass sides that lend themselves to the display function of the showcase. The front side is curved, suitable for countertop food display.

Access is facilitated by sliding rear doors, also made of glass. Inside, the lighting is LED.

This counter-top hot display case model can hold up to three chrome shelves (already included). The height is adjustable. The total capacity is 160 litres.

Warnings on the use of the hot food display cabinet

Before operating the display cabinet, it is useful to fill the water container with water and switch on the appliance using the switch on the back.

The shelves are removable for easy cleaning with kitchen detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
