Ristoattrezzature's professional counter-top refrigerated display case, made of AISI 430 stainless steel with AISI 304 stainless steel profiles, is a machine designed to meet the needs of pastry shops, supermarkets, snack bars, sushi bars and all those activities that need to serve their customers cold gastronomy products such as sandwiches, ready-to-eat salads, fruit salads, pastries and cakes, sushi and much more.

The ventilated cold display case with internal LED lighting and 130-litre capacity is equipped with two adjustable internal shelves and panoramic curved glass panes to enhance the display space inside: the glass has a double layer of tempered glass so that the positive temperature, adjustable between -2 and +8°C, is effectively maintained by means of a digital device. The rear double-glazed doors are sliding and make opening and closing the display equipment very practical.

Commissioning the refrigerated display case

Before putting the equipment into operation, following delivery, we recommend that you keep it switched off for at least 6 hours, switch it on and wait until the desired temperature is reached, only then place the food and drinks inside.

What is refrigeration?

Refrigeration is a method of food preservation that involves keeping products at a low temperature, without freezing the water inside the food. To do this, food is kept at a temperature of between 0°C and 10°C. In addition to temperature, the storage environment must also be taken into account, and in particular, humidity: an unsuitable environment can lead to unpleasant consequences such as: loss of product characteristics, development of harmful micro-organisms, withering or browning. Keeping appliance spaces perfectly clean will ensure proper air circulation inside the cells or walls, which is essential for the machinery to function properly.
