Description

Professional dishwasher with a refined design, suitable for chefs looking for high washing performance. Structure in AISI 304 stainless steel. Tank with rounded corners to ensure maximum hygiene by preventing dirt and water from stagnating, rotating lower and upper washing and rinsing arms, full-bowl surface filters, temperature display. Possibility of modifying work cycle parameters.

Ergonomically positioned control panel for immediate operation and display of the various work phases and operating temperatures.

The programmable system ensures that rinsing takes place at a water temperature of 85 °C to guarantee a reduction in the bacterial load.

Stainless steel heating elements, resistant to corrosion and limescale, height-adjustable feet, spring-loaded hood lifting system.

Start of operating cycle with canopy closure. Machine operation interruption device for accidental opening of canopy during work cycle.

Standard rinse aid dispenser to ensure excellent drying results, provision for detergent dispenser, provision for drain pump. Standard provision for WiFi module.

Wide range of optional extras available. One basket dishes and one basket cups included.

This model can wash up to 1100 dishes/hour and saves energy and detergent by using only 20 litres of water.
