Description

Stainless steel frame. Knobs made of athermic material with functional silkscreen printing on edge. Balanced stainless steel lid. Sturdy handle. Heating by means of a single multi-branch burner at the bottom of the pan. Cooking vat equipped with an electromechanical valve controlled by an electric thermostat with 90°-310°C setting. Safety ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the pilot burner flame. 130 litre cooking vessel made of thick stainless steel. Motorised lifting system by means of a patented system of levers operated by an actuator. Water loading by means of a solenoid valve. AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Stainless steel front, side and rear panelling. Laser-cut worktop finish to ensure 'head-to-head' coupling and binding of worktops to each other. Tested with methane or LPG gas according to user requirements. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
