The refrigerated cabinet is aesthetically similar to the commercial lines, but differs in that it has a much more accurate temperature control system in compliance with stricter technical specifications that also include constant temperature monitoring both on the refrigerator and remotely with the use of widely used tools such as Smartphones, Tablets, and PCs. This is to ensure total traceability of data and total control over the product stored in the refrigerator. The cabinet has a capacity of 340 litres, a temperature of +1/+15°C and an HACCP thermostat with a digital display that indicates the time and temperature to the nearest tenth of a degree (0.1°C). The thermostat is equipped with a visual and acoustic alarm signal, as well as a provision for remote alarm signalisation via a 'dry contact', and is able to provide all the safety necessary for the storage of all types of medicines. By simply pressing the HACCP button you can consult the list of the last 20 recorded alarms with the time of the alarm and its duration. The system detects high temperature, low temperature and blackout alarms. This thermostat is equipped with an infrared communication system and therefore with the use of a specific data collection device, which also works with infrared rays, it is possible to download data on any alarms that have occurred since the last time the data was downloaded. The device can store the downloaded data for up to 40 devices before being forced to print or delete it. An audible/visual 'door open' alarm is now standard, while an RS 485 serial port is available on request.
