Description

It is a professional meat grinder designed to meet the needs of butcher shops, hypermarkets and large communities. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it has a grinding unit 20 centimetres long by a diameter of nine. Despite these dimensions, the unit is easily removable from the machine body for quick and easy cleaning, even in a dishwasher. The hopper, with its 76 millimetre bore, is fitted with a protective microswitch. Oil-bath gears and an induction motor. The mincer complies with current EC regulations.
