Stainless steel frame. Knobs made of athermic material with functional screen printing on the edge. Moulded, double-walled oven door and sturdy handle.

Heating by means of single-crown stabilised flame burners with 8 kW each. Each burner is equipped with a safety gas cock that allows the power to be regulated from maximum to minimum. Safety guaranteed by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame.

Floor grates made of cast iron coated with a layer of protective material and burners with a stainless steel body and nickel-plated brass flame spreaders.

Platen grids positioned on a moulded cavity with rounded edges and burners hermetically attached to the top to ensure easy cleaning.

Static 2/1 GN electric oven and open compartment. AISI 430 stainless steel oven chamber and thick stainless steel floor. Removable stainless steel oven rack.

Insulation of cooking chamber and oven door ensured by a layer of ceramic fibre resistant to high temperatures.

Heating by means of heating elements placed under the sole and in the vault of the baking chamber. Oven temperature regulation between 90°C and 300°C by thermostat.

Different possibilities to operate the oven: with heating only from below, or only from above, or by operating both heating elements by means of a selection switch.

Laser-cut top finish to ensure a "head-to-head" coupling of the tops and binding of the tops to each other.

Tested with methane or LPG gas according to user requirements.
