Electric cooker with 4 cooking plates and ventilated electric oven, stainless steel construction. Knobs made of athermic material with functional serigraphy on edge. Moulded, double-walled oven door and elliptical-shaped AISI 304 handle.

6 mm thick black ceramic glass top. Heating by means of electric round radiating plates fixed under glass. Each plate is equipped with an energy regulator to adjust the operating frequency to maximum power. Safety guaranteed by a temperature limiter placed inside the plate.

AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Front cover in AISI 304 stainless steel.

Ventilated electric oven 1/1 GN. Thick steel oven floor reinforced with a series of ribs. Removable stainless steel oven grid.

Insulation of baking chamber and oven door ensured by a layer of ceramic fibre resistant to high temperatures.

Oven heating by means of special high-temperature-resistant steel heating elements placed under the sole and in the baking chamber ceiling. Air movement guaranteed by a stainless steel fan driven by a powerful electric motor. Equipped with a thermostat that allows the temperature to be adjusted between 90°C and 300°C. Safety thermostat with manual reset against overheating. Possibility of selecting various types of heating, both static and ventilated, both diffusive heating from below and global heating.

Laser-cut top finish to ensure "head-to-toe" matching of tops and binding of tops to each other.
