Design and operation

The stainless steel structure ensures robustness and heat retention due to its thickness and features 3 doors with ergonomic handles. The doors close automatically and the presence of gaskets limits energy loss while ensuring a stable temperature.

The open top is designed to accommodate standard GN deli trays. The machine can accommodate:

In the upper part we find the display area made entirely of straight tempered glass that allows a panoramic view of the product while ensuring a good thermal seal. The display case includes a fixed, non-adjustable intermediate shelf.

Cleaning and maintenance

In order to keep our display saladette refrigerator counter performing at all times, it is necessary to carry out regular and careful cleaning.

First of all, unplug the power socket and clean all container compartments and trays with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Chlorinated abrasive detergents or acids would irreparably damage the protective film of the stainless steel. Also carefully clean the door gaskets with warm soapy water, taking care to dry them thoroughly. Each separately purchased tray has rounded corners for easy cleaning.

For the maintenance of stainless steel, remember never to leave dirt stains on steel parts or water or other liquids for too long. When sanitising it, never use abrasive scouring pads or other tools that could scratch it.
