Thanks to a special wrapping system and the adjustment of the stainless steel cylinder, it works variable thicknesses from 2-7 mm. and can also produce mini-croissants.The load is at the front while the wrapped croissants come out at the back and are collected on a baking tray.Production of about 800 pieces/hour.
