Description

Stainless steel frame. Knobs made of thermosetting, athermic plastic with useful screen-printed edges.

Heating by means of tubular heating elements with stainless steel sheath placed in direct contact with the cooking plate. Temperature regulation by thermostat. Operating temperatures between 90°C and 300°C. Safety thermostat with manual reset against equipment malfunction.

Single, wide, thick cooking plate with a smooth finish that allows excellent heat transmission. Welded splash guard. The groove geometry of the grooved cooking plate is such that it can be cleaned with the smooth scraper used for cutting. The cooking plate is installed on the worktop with a slight inclination to allow grease to flow towards the drain.

Two different cooking zones, each with temperature control. 1/2 smooth 1/2 ribbed cooking plate.

Worktop in AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners for easy cleaning. Front, side and back panels in stainless steel.

Large hole on the hob for draining grease into a large capacity container placed under the hob itself. Equipped as standard with grease collection container.

Worktop finish made by laser cutting for "head to head" combination and fixing with edging.
