Description

Fixed electric salamander specially designed for gratinating food. Stainless steel frame. Side and rear air circulation insulation. Shaped ceiling above the heating element for better concentration of radiation, with rock wool upper insulation panel.
Heating by means of armoured heating elements controlled by energy regulator, with pilot lights. Two independent cooking zones with 2 handles, positionable on 3-level runners. Crumb tray. Adjustable feet for perfect levelling.
