Description

This product rapidly centrifuges all types of vegetables thanks to its high speed (900 r.p.m.) and constantly ensures product quality. It is equipped with a three-phase motor powered by an extremely reliable electronic variator. It is connected to the mains via a single-phase socket. With its high quality stainless steel frame and basket, it is equipped with an extremely strong lifting lid supplemented by a shock absorber and safety system. The control panel is electronic, very intuitive and offers advanced performance, including cycle selection. The unique Vibration Control System automatically controls the load distribution before the cycle starts, improving the machine's lifespan. In addition, the motor brake makes possible gentler and faster stops at the same time. It is equipped, as standard, with wheels with brakes, offering maximum comfort in the workplace, providing stability during operation and ease of movement for cleaning or storage.
