Description

Professional single-phase electric mozzarella and vegetable cutter. Load volume 2.2 litres, hourly output 250 kg, with the possibility of cutting into very small cubes and pods. The product has two large openings for the introduction of vegetables depending on the desired cut, asynchronous motor and large crescent-shaped hopper (139 cm/q) for cutting bulky vegetables such as cabbage or celeriac. Up to 10 tomatoes can be processed in a single operation.cylindrical hopper (ø 69 mm) fitted with an insert to increase it to ø 58 mm for uniform cutting of long or fragile vegetables (e.g. courgettes, cucumber, mushrooms etc.) with unsurpassed cutting precision. The motor block is made of stainless steel, designed for processing large quantities. The inner bowl is 600 g for collecting small doses of cubes and is removable for easy cleaning. This model has been equipped with an automatic restart by means of a lever for ease of use and maximum speed of execution at every stage of work.
