Turbo grinder designed to work in cauldrons of up to 800 litres capacity. Possibility of mixing and chopping directly in the cauldron or cooking vessel to prepare consommé, soups, omelettes, mayonnaise. Designed for large productions and frequent use and washing, it is ideal for large production kitchens and the food industry. Available in 1 or 2 speed models. Made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel. Comfortable to use: possibility of movement in various directions, adjustable height, mounted on a trolley with 4 rubber wheels with non-slip treatment, 2 of which have brakes. 600 mm long arm: enables shredding in all types of containers, round or rectangular, involving the entire container equally. Balanced shredding arm: prevents the arm from falling or rolling back when not locked. Arm locking lever: allows you to lock the shredder with one hand while gripping the trolley with the other. Tilted, waterproof control panel: easy access even during use. Control panel positioned on the trolley for greater agility and manoeuvrability of the arm. Control panel with built-in timer: allows the machine to be left running for up to 60 minutes without the need for operator intervention. Wiring incorporated in the trolley tubes: the working area remains free of cables, without hindering the movement of the shredding arm.
