  • Description

    This oil filter device filters out microparticles down to 5μm (microns). This positively influences critical parameters such as polar compounds (TPM), acids and the accumulation of acrylamides and triglyceride polymers. As a result, this filter extends the life of the oil by up to 50 per cent and keeps the frying oil optimal for a long period without recycling. Suitable for large tank fryers. The oil filter system can be used in four simple steps:

    1. Place the machine in the hot fryer and press Start.

    2. The device filters your oil and stops automatically.

    3. Take the machine out of the fryer. Your oil is now clean.

    4. Simply wash the device in the dishwasher/washer.
