Description

Mobile filtering device 80 litre tank capacity. Filters microparticles down to 5μm (microns). This positively influences critical parameters such as polar compounds (TPM), acids and the accumulation of acrylamides and triglyceride polymers. As a result, this filter extends the life of the oil by up to 50 per cent and keeps the frying oil optimal for a long period without recycling. Suitable for large fryers or numerous battery fryers.
