8 litre capacity cutter. Sturdy AISI 304 stainless steel structure. Side-by-side motor and tank to insulate processed product from heat. Stainless steel tanks with thermal bottom and handles. High efficiency ventilated motors for continuous use. Sturdy knives with curved blades made of hardened cutlery steel. Safety ensured by a double microswitch system on the lid. Transparent Lexan lid allowing excellent visibility during processing. Ingredient addition hole on lid. Variotronic: stabilised variable speed drive with power control.
