Description

Stainless steel egg kettle equipped with 6 individual and numbered baskets ideal for hotel breakfast rooms. Equipped with a control panel, with integrated switches and heating element, completely removable from the stainless steel tank, which in turn can be removed for optimal cleaning. The timer, which activates operation, allows the water to boil and then cook the eggs for different times: 5 minutes soft-cooked, 10 minutes barzotte, 15 minutes hard-boiled.
