Description

The meat grinder is professional in stainless steel designed to meet the needs of butcher shops, hypermarkets and large communities. More compact than some common meat mincers. The unit is easily removable from the machine body for quick and easy cleaning, even in a dishwasher. It has a protection microswitch, and reverse, thermal protection and an additional cooling fan are standard. The gears are in an oil bath and the motor is induction driven. The mincer complies with current EC regulations.
