Description

A high-performance professional meat mincer, enclosed in an elegant stainless steel casing, it is capable of preparing any type of mince. Hygienically designed, it has the possibility of completely separating the grinding unit from the machine body for more thorough cleaning. In the stainless steel version, the grinding unit can also be washed in a dishwasher. By replacing the die with a different perforation, it is possible to obtain various types of minced meat for meat sauce, meatballs, sausages and Swiss sausages. The product is equipped with heat protection and 6 mm hole plate.
