The grater part features: polished aluminium mouth - stainless steel roller - lower protection grid - grater pressure lever microswitch. Optional: Unger system for very fine mince (e.g. sausage) - reverse gear. Accessories: perforated plates and knives - funnels for bagging ø 15mm / 20mm - vegetable puree press.
