Description

UV Knife Steriliser. Constructed entirely of AISI 430 stainless steel and darkened plexiglass door. Plexiglass knife holder totally removable for easy cleaning, allows knives to be sterilised without having to turn them. The 20-knife capacity model has an exclusive drip tray and is incorporated with the knife holder. Mercury vapour lamps protected by wire mesh. Safety microswitch on the door that switches the lamps off when opened and on again when closed. Special courtesy lamp that only comes on if the switch is in the 'ON' position and the timer at '0'. 230V power supply
