Description

Hot pizza moulding machine ideal for moulding pizza dough discs up to 52 cm in diameter. Its main features are: The high hourly output, up to 400 pizzas per hour, without the use of skilled labour. The perfect uniformity of shape and thickness of the dough disc without sacrificing the traditional edge, achieved thanks to the special conformation of the chrome plates. The possibility of easily varying the thickness of the dough discs. The creation, thanks to the action of the electronically controlled temperature of the plates, of a thin solid layer of starch gel on the outside of the dough, which allows, by retaining the gas, perfect baking of the pizza even on the inside. This equipment, made entirely of stainless steel, is equipped with all the safety devices required by international standards.
