The user, in addition to the normal manual operation, has at his disposal: - 4 specific mantecation programmes (Classic Ice Cream - Semi-Soft Ice Cream - Granita - Rapid Chilling). - 4 specific preservation programmes that can be selected according to the different needs and characteristics of the product. As well as guaranteeing the best result, these automatic programmes make the machine completely autonomous, leaving the user free to devote himself to other activities. Cleaning facilitated by the drain tap. Stainless steel body, stainless steel blade equipped with adjustable and replaceable scrapers. Output per cycle : Every 12-15 minutes approx. 1.25 kg .
