Description

Ice cream mantecator with a tank capacity of 6 litres that allows you to determine the mantecation quality by varying the blade speed (from 60 to 130 rpm). Control and regulation system of the freezing motor with electronic inverter. Equipped with wheels with brakes, it moves easily where required. Cleaning facilitated by the drain cock. AISI 304 stainless steel blade with adjustable scrapers. Air cooling. Output per cycle: approx. 2.2 kg every 12-15 minutes.
