1 ) Stainless steel ventilated refrigerated pizza counter with 2 doors and 5 drawers size 2070x800x870h mm for restaurant pizzerias.

The product has a rounded corner on the bottom for easy cleaning and is equipped with wheels. Self-closing doors. Magnetic gaskets, easy to clean and replace.

The refrigerating unit is tropicalised, i.e. it can work in an outdoor environment with a temperature of up to +40°C/42°C and 65% relative humidity.

The operating temperature uses a range of 0° C/ + 8° C and can be easily adjusted thanks to a Dixell electronic controller with temperature display.

The temperature can also be easily read on a digital thermostat on the front wall of the counter.

The counter is equipped with 2 doors fitted with a heating element to eliminate condensation and an easily removable magnetic seal.

2) The Ristoattrezzature spiral mixer offers maximum convenience while guaranteeing optimum performance. It is a product that allows you to make well-blended, lump-free dough. The product has a fixed head and bowl. The mixer has no wheels.

3 ) Stainless steel refrigerated cabinet 1 door 700 lt, ventilated -2 +8 °C

4 ) Wall-mounted stainless steel hand-washing unit with knee control. 1 ½" connection is required for water loading. The shape of the basin is spherical and the drain hole is exactly in the centre of the basin. The connections must be made under the wall imprint of the sink. Tap not included.

5) Mechanical electric oven made of stainless steel and pre-painted sheet metal. Baking shelf made of refractory stone for Ø 32 cm pizzas. Evaporated rock wool insulation. Armoured heating elements. Internal lighting.

6) Refrigerated display case for pizzerias designed to guarantee exceptional performance day after day in all catering areas. Ideal for restaurants, fast food chains, take-away, delicatessens, sandwich shops, etc.
