2) One 28 litre 1-bowl gas fryer on a compartment closed by hinged doors. Temperature control by means of a thermostatic safety valve (temperature from 120-200 °C). The drain cock is located in the lower compartment.

3) Gas Fry Top on smooth plate cabinet. Oil collecting tray for easier cleaning of residues. Cooking plate that distributes heat evenly over the surface and allows easy cleaning.

4) Gas pasta cooker on closed compartment 24 litre tank. Piezoelectric ignition. Gas protection device. Structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The black enamelled cast-iron grids are acid-resistant. The four sides of the pasta cooker have a good heat insulation effect. Control knobs made of athermic material. All components are easily accessible.
