Description

Spinning machine designed to spin all types of dough, with progressive elongation of the pieces up to 78 cm. The working principle is as follows: the dough is rolled between two adjustable, large-diameter cylinders of non-stick material, after which it is pre-rolled and then automatically passed between two large belts, obtaining strands of the desired length. It is a machine designed to process even very soft dough with high water percentages of up to 75% and to obtain all the desired types of loaves and strands. It is complete with safety devices. It processes pieces from 50 g to 1500 g.
