Description

The machine presented is designed to obtain the desired sheet or pizza thickness. It solves the problems of small and medium production. The system of use makes the machine extremely versatile and practical, having only the thickness adjustment. Various thicknesses from zero to 7.5 mm can be obtained for all machines, both for sheet and pizza. It is therefore possible to roll out dough in all widths from 22 cm, 25 cm, 40 cm and 50 cm. Made of stainless steel and aluminium structure with stainless steel cylinders for a longer life. The machine has a high degree of reliability while the safety systems and finishes complete the pleasant appearance and the indispensable safety for the operation.
