Ristoattrezzature's professional praline machine is ideal for the production of praline products and their sugar coating of hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, and all dried fruit in general, whole or in grains. It is generally used as laboratory/pastry equipment for productions from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 20 kg.
The praline kneader, designed to meet the needs of any confectionery industry, is semi-automatic and has a galvanised iron frame, a copper container, a container heating system using one or two gas burners and an electronic burner ignition mechanism. Equipped with a unit for cooling the working bowl of the cakes produced, theprofessional praline processing equipment allows the working process to be accelerated and improved even more, thanks to the practical detachable container system. The manual tipping of the machine to release the multi-flavoured pralines therefore takes place automatically by means of operator intervention.
This machine has been designed to achieve 'perfection' in the processing of the finished product and its shine, whether chocolate-covered or caramelised sugar.
