Description

Bench-type dough sheeters designed for minimum space requirements. Very compact dimensions even when the machine is open, due to the absence of an underfloor and leaf catcher. Fully manual movement of the belts by joystick. Easy cleaning of scrapers. Hard chrome-plated cylinders. Anticorodal aluminium shoulders. Roll holder at the end of the platens for easy rolling of the sheet on the rolling pin. Handle for very precise dough thickness adjustment. Stainless steel grilled safety guard: excellent visibility of the sheet; possibility to roll dough through the guard.Cylinder opening from 0 to 40mm.
