Description

The autamatic hexagonal cutting machine is mechanical. When the machine cover is lowered, the pressing and cutting cycle begins. In five seconds it completes a cycle automatically. The knife and all parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel. The pistons are made of Derlin to prevent sticking of the dough. It is complete with two pressure regulators: the first mechanical to vary the pressing force of the dough; the second electronic to adjust the pressing time of the dough, always obtaining excellent pressing results even with delicate types of dough. Low-voltage electrical system to CE standards.
