Description

Machine built specifically for baguette production. Small in size and weight, the machine is normally mounted on a frame with pivoting wheels, but can easily be placed on a work table. The dough is processed gently and progressively until 70 cm long baguettes are obtained. Rolling cylinders made of steel coated with non-stick acetal resin for food use.
